Bring your history, star your favorites
Import your past workouts from another lifting app, export them back out, star the moves you like, and a setup that puts your joints on their own screen.
Import your history
In Settings, open Import / Export Data and choose a CSV export from another lifting app. Your sessions land in your Log and count toward your records. Tap Start my plan from these weights and each lift starts from your own numbers, never above the heaviest weight you actually lifted.

Export any time
Rather read it? The walkthrough, step by step
- Your training history is yours. Take it anywhere.
- Tap You, then Settings, sync and export.
- Open Data, sync and account, then the import and export screen.
- Download your history as a CSV, plain text or a full backup. Free, always.
- Import a CSV export on the same screen, and each lift starts from your numbers.
Your history goes out as easily as it comes in: download it as CSV in two common formats, as plain text or as a full backup file. Export is free.

Favorite moves
Tap the star on any exercise and it comes up more often when Liftspan builds or swaps a session. A star never overrides your joint settings or your room.

Choose what you train
On the You tab, pick Full body or tap the muscle groups you want. Tap Rebuild my week to apply it, and your weights carry across. Full body now means every muscle group.

Joints get their own setup screen
Rather read it? The walkthrough, step by step
- Flag a joint, and every plan works around it.
- Tap You.
- Under what to train around, tap the joint. Here, knees.
- Moves that load it are swapped across your week. Your weights carry over.
- Feeling better? Tap it again to turn it off. Not medical advice.
Setup now asks "Anything to train around?" on its own page, so it is hard to miss. Pick a cranky shoulder, knee, hip, lower back or wrists and elbows, and Liftspan works around the joints you flag from your very first plan.

Fixes
- Changing to fewer days a week no longer leaves the app stuck on a day that no longer exists.
- The browser Back button now steps back through setup instead of leaving the app.
- Fixed a blank screen after finishing a workout.
- Added the Superman to the library.
