Weeks follow the calendar, and you can add your own moves
Missing a day no longer leaves you stuck on the same week. Pro lifters can add a move that is not in the library, and cardio days count on training days too.
Weeks follow the calendar
Your program week now turns over every Monday, whether or not you trained every day. A day you trained moves forward as normal, and a day you skipped holds its weights and waits for you. Today shows an honest count for the week, like 2 / 3.

Add your own move (Pro)
During a workout, open an exercise and tap Use my own move. Give it a name, the main muscle, the equipment, and whether it is reps or a timed hold. It drops into today's session and progresses like any other move.

Cardio counts on training days too
You can now credit a cardio session even on a day you also lift, for two-a-days. It counts toward your weekly goal and never changes your strength numbers.

Import and export, easier to find
In Settings, the Import / Export Data card now opens by default, with import at the top. Bring in a CSV export from another lifting app or download your own history.

Fixes
- The deload tab on the week strip now says Deload instead of DL.
- Fixed a weekly count that could read higher than the sessions you had done.
- Clear this device now fully resets the app on that device.
- The rest-timer alert is now opt-in, with its own switch in Settings.
