A rest timer you can trust, plus Apple Health
The rest timer now keeps time when you leave the app. On iPhone, Pro lifters get an alert when rest is over and workouts saved to Apple Health.
Rest timer keeps time
The rest timer now runs on real time, so it stays correct if you switch apps, lock the phone or answer a message. Use minus 15 seconds, plus 15 seconds or Skip to adjust any rest.

Rest-over alert on iPhone (Pro)
With the alert switched on, your iPhone tells you when your rest is over, even if Liftspan is in the background. Turn it on in Settings (the gear on the You tab), under Reminders.

Apple Health (Pro)
Finished workouts are saved to Apple Health as strength training, with time and estimated calories. Liftspan only writes to Health, it never reads from it. You can switch it off any time in the Health app or iOS Settings.

Fixes
- iPhone 1.0.3: fixed a black screen that could appear when opening the app.
- The app opens faster, and loads exercise photos after the screen is up.
- The app recovers on its own if the exercise library fails to load.
- Check-in suggestion chips now wrap on small phones instead of scrolling sideways.
