Reminders, a hold timer and Save to Photos
The iPhone app can now keep your week on track with reminders, time your planks and carries, and save your workout card straight to Photos.
Reminders that keep your week on track
Turn them on in Settings, under Reminders. Week reminders give you a Monday heads-up with the sessions on your plan, and an evening note when the days left in the week only just cover the sessions left. The streak reminder comes at 10 am on days you have not logged anything yet, so there is time to fit something in. Everything is scheduled on your phone, nothing is sent from a server, and switching a reminder off cancels it. Reminders come with Pro.

Time your holds
Planks, carries and other timed sets now have a hold timer. Tap Time set 1 and it counts up, turns green when you reach the target and keeps going so you can beat it. Tap Stop and the seconds go into the set and your rest starts. It shows on your Lock Screen, in the Dynamic Island and on Apple Watch. The hold timer comes with Pro.

Save your workout card to Photos
When you finish a workout, tap Save image on the summary and the card goes straight into Photos. The first time, iOS asks to let Liftspan add photos. It only adds; it never reads your library.
